2024 National Convention
A familiar OSS Mu Alpha Theta tradition for the summer is going to the National Convention, and our mathy Orcas this 23-24 year competed at Las Vegas! We were proud to have taken 9 dedicated members to the National Convention, with 7 from the Mu Division, 1 from Alpha Division, and 1 from Theta Division. Even against some of the most fiercest competitors in the ocean, our Orcas managed to stay victorious with the Mu Division claiming 4th place overall, 6th in Relay, and 8th in Hustle. The Orcas also did amazing in their respective events as well, throughout the various divisional Topic Tests and Individuals Tests. Again, congratulations to these amazing mathletes and we look forward to a continued amazing future for OSS MAO. The full results are below:

2023 National Convention
Once again we are pleased to have participated in the National Convention. We took 13 members to the University of Arkansas to compete in the 2023 edition: 3 members competed in the Theta Division, 7 members competed in the Alpha Division, and 3 members competed in the Mu Division. We placed 10th in Hustle, 4th in Relay, 12th in Mu Division, 7th in Theta Division, and 5th in Alpha Division. Additionally, we placed 7th overall in sweepstakes. We are proud to announce this is an unprecedented performance for our school in sweepstakes. Our members also won an abundance of individual awards. Congratulations to all members that participated! 2022 National Convention
After a couple years without attending a Mu Alpha Theta National Convention due to COVID-19, we were finally able to participate in the 2022 National Convention in Washington, D.C. We took 14 members to the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center: 4 members competed in the Mu Division, 9 members competed in the Theta Division, and 1 member competed in the Alpha Division. We placed 7th in Relay, 9th in Hustle, 6th in Interschool, 5th in Theta Division, and 8th in Mu Division. Our school placed 10th overall in sweepstakes. This was our highest sweepstakes placement ever. Our members also received a plethora of individual awards. The full results can be seen at the links below.

2019 National Convention
We were very excited to participate in the 2019 National MAO Convention. We took 6 members to Las Vegas, Nevada, with 4 members in the Theta Division and 2 participants in the Mu Division. As a school, we received 3rd Place Blue Ribbon Award, 5th Place Mu Gemini, and 4th Place Theta Bowl, along with many individual placements as well.
